Tenjam’s Splash Collection is designed specifically for sun shelves, tanning ledges, and shallow-water lounging areas. Because every pool is unique, each product has recommended water depth guidelines to ensure proper performance, stability, and comfort.
Our product pages include recommended water depths, and we also offer helpful videos showing exactly how to measure your sun shelf before purchasing. We have some chairs that can be used in water depths up to 18”, and our Laylo Lounger and Ripple Wide Table can be used in water depths up to 22” – the largest water depth range of any brand of in-pool furniture.
It’s easy.
Simply measure from the floor of your sun shelf to the normal water level. Because some sun shelves slope slightly, it’s a good idea to take measurements in several locations where your furniture will be placed – especially consider the water depth at where the front of a lounger or chair will be placed.

Even with perfectly balanced chemistry the first place you’ll see calcium (a.k.a. scale) build-up and scum build-up is on pool furniture. Removing the products from the pool frequently will reduce the amount of scale and scum that build-up, and this reduces the need for cleaning.
